ACP 2007 SPONSORSHIP
STAND INFORMATION
|
The ACP 2007 meeting attracted
a wide range of practicing and interested phlebologists,
sclerotherapists, dermatologists, vascular surgeons and
sonographers from Australia and New Zealand. Over 100 delegates to attended the
meeting during the 4 day program.
The meeting was structured to allow and encourage delegates
to mix with industry during all catering sessions. The trade
display areas host the catering functions.
The plenary sessions will be held
in Salon Room 1 (Stamford Plaza Double Bay), with Exhibition space in combined
Salon Rooms II and III.

All industry exhibitor attendees must be registered to attend
the meeting. Complete the online registration form to
confirm your industry exhibitor attendees.
Delivery Instructions
You can send equipment/brochures to the Stamford Plaza Double Bay to arrive no earlier than Mon 17 September 2007 as follows:

All equipment/brochures must be picked up by 5pm Monday 24 September 2007. Any material still uncollected by this date will be deemed unwanted and disposed of appropriately.
Stand setup/takedown
We have access to the Raffles Ballroom at the Stamford Plaza Double Bay for setup from 12pm on Tuesday 18 September until 6pm (later access can be arranged if required).
The conference begins at 7:30am on Wed 19 September, with delegates arriving for registration from 7:00am. (The Basic Phlebology Course (around 30 delegates) is held on Tuesday 18 Sept in Salon 1 of the Raffles Ballroom.)
The final catering session finishes at 4:00pm on Friday 21 September. We ask all exhibitors to leave their stands up until the end of this session.
