Superior Room  ($210 inc one breakfast).
Our Superior rooms overlook the French Provincial style courtyard. Courtyard View rooms have French Doors that open out.
Deluxe Room ($260 inc one breakfast)
Our Deluxe rooms boast magnificent views of Sydney Harbour and Double Bay. All rooms have private balconies accessed by French Doors.

Restaurants and Bars 
The Observatory Restaurant offers a vast array of New Zealand's finest foods and is open for breakfast from 6:00am and dinner from 5:30pm daily.

The Club Bar is the perfect place to relax for Apre Ski drinks.  Open daily you can enjoy a light meal served from 11:00am in The Club Bar or the Observatory Restaurant.
Baygrill
Experience the creative flair of the Stamford Plaza's elegant restaurant Baygrill.

Start the day over a long breakfast or enjoy a delicious international buffet lunch, select from a variety of hot and cold dishes, soup, fresh salads and superb desserts. Specialty dishes change weekly.

For a relaxing dinner, enjoy the fine cuisine that Baygrill has become known for.

Winston’s Lounge
Winston’s Lounge is the Eastern Harbour sides most popular bar featuring live entertainment Tuesday to Saturday. Enjoy casual dining for lunch and dinner or relax with afternoon tea by the open fireplace. Cigar connoisseurs have a variety of international cigars to choose from in the cigar lounge.

Savour the exotic tantalising cuisine from Singapore at Winston's Lounge. Secret recipes from our Chairman's family include dishes to satisfy all appetites.

CK’s Café
In true Double Bay style try CK’s Café, the informal and relaxed alfresco café at the hotel’s entrance entices passing patrons with its pavement seating under a canopy on leafy Cross Street. Enjoy Piazza Doro’s premium blend coffee, Espresso di Manfredi, and choose from a variety of pastries made by our in-house pastry chef.

Accommodation Confirmation:
Conference Matters has negotiated a reduced rate for conference delegates during this peak season. All accommodation booking must be made through Conference Matters. Accommodation will not be processed unless accompanied by full payment.
 
Change of booking:
All changes to reservations must be made in writing to Conference Matters, not the Hotel.

Refund:
A refund will only be made if notification of cancellation is received in writing 30 days prior to your reservation date.

Check-in and check-out:
Standard check-in time at hotel is 2.00 pm onwards. If a room is required prior to this time Conference Matters should be advised as hotel may otherwise charge an additional fee. Delegates arriving after 6.00 pm should indicate the estimated time of arrival, as the hotel, if not notified of a late arrival, may release the room to other guests. Check-out time is 10.00am.  Any departure after 10.00 am is subject to a charge.
